It's awkward that I would get a text asking me to leave them a review after my visit. While I generally like this place, I had 1 text message to ask that I schedule a visit, 5 reminder text messages to nag me about my appointment, and 1 phone call to remind me to come to my visit. I showed up to my appointment, and they had to reschedule me for two months out. I get it, things happen. They want their time respected, but I do as well. To send me a text to leave a review after turning me away is somewhat cringeworthy.
