I am so grateful that I found Tonka Smiles and particularly Dr. Phillips and Kara. The office staff is patient and friendly. I cannot say enough about Dr. Phillips and Kara. They are friendly. They are patient. There work impeccable!! They are the best dentist that I have ever had!!!
